Church basement

We sit a lot in church, during services, coffees, movies and different church groups. 

At sing-alongs we also sit, but only to exercise our lungs, diaphragms and pelvises in order to sing louder and for a longer time without getting exhausted. It also improves our mental shape! Science has shown that people who sing are less prone to winter depression and their immune systems are strengthened. So come along and join us! Because it is winter, and it is dark and sometimes slippery, will move our sing-alongs on January 16th and February 20th we to the afternoons at 1:00 - 3:00 pm!
